With over 15 years Pan European Line Management expertise in both Commercial and Research and Development settings, Tom has extensive experience creating winning value propositions, sourcing globally for key talent, implementing appropriate assessment and selection techniques and ultimately hiring executive level professionals across Research, Clinical Development, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Drug Safety, DMPK, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Devices and Corporate Functions.

Tom joined Euromedica from Pfizer Ltd where he was Head of Talent Acquisition for R&D-UK, working with key stakeholders to drive the Talent Acquisition strategy thereby enabling senior leaders to achieve the manpower elements of their strategic business plans as well their day to day operational staff resource objectives.

Over the past couple of years Tom has done a lot of work to drive process efficiencies that have subsequently led to KPI improvements in Time to Hire, Relationships with Hiring Managers and The Candidate Experience. All of which he brings with him to his role as Senior Consultant with Euromedica.

BPS Level A and B qualified, Tom has a keen interest in Occupational Psychology, Personality Profiling etc ensuring the right cultural fit for candidate and company.
