A native Swede with more than 20 years’ international senior line management expertise from medical technology, bio tech and pharmaceutical industries, Thomas joined Euromedica in 2008 from a specialised Executive Search boutique focusing on senior positions in life sciences.

In his capacity as Principal Consultant he brings functional expertise and an in depth knowledge of the general management, commercial, strategic marketing, R&D, operations and business development area. He has throughout his consultancy career, sourced and placed senior executives in a broad range of life sciences organisations ranging from dedicated specialist roles to Directors, VPs, Managing Directors and CEOs and now focuses on Euromedica’s multinational client base although he takes a keen personal interest in the dynamics of a start up organisation.

Thomas specialises in change management, organisational development, channel management, product development, succession planning and strategic planning.

With a university degree in Business Administration and foreign languages he has managed direct organisations across a number of geographies, been responsible for 3rd party distributorships, worked for managed service organisations and lived in the Nordic countries, Germany and now resides in the UK.
