Since entering Executive Search in 2006, Theo has helped many leading companies with international and global senior management positions across Europe in commercial and R&D roles at large blue-chip organisations, as well as mid-sized and smaller, early stage companies both within the industry and in the service sector. Theo has also been responsible for raising Euromedica’s profile in the Benelux and Germany, whilst helping clients in multi-national and global searches across Europe. Drawing on his industry experience in business development and R&D, he has unique strength and knowledge of both these areas.

Theo graduated as a Veterinarian from Utrecht University and holds a PhD in Pharmacology. He has accumulated close to 30 years of experience in increasingly senior positions in R&D and business development in the CRO, big pharma (Solvay and GSK Biologicals) and small biotech sectors. A native Dutchman, Theo has lived and worked in various countries in Europe and in the USA and speaks five languages.
