Stéphane Dézérable focuses on senior Executive Search and Management Assessment assignments. Stéphane is based in Geneva, works with both Swiss & European clients, and speaks French & English.
Stéphane's recent assignments within the healthcare sector include helping a Venture Capitals pool assess innovative medtech company’s Senior Management and reshape organization, working with a top player in pharma to appoint a Global Head of Clinical Development and the appointment of a General Manager for a leading In Vitro Diagnostics company.

Prior to joining Euromedica, Stéphane has gained over 5 years’ Executive Search experience, initially at Korn/Ferry Futurestep where he has built a new business unit dedicated to the biotech sector, and later moving to Switzerland in 2009 for a French Executive Search boutique, as Managing Director for their Geneva Office. Prior to this, he spent ten years in various Sales & Marketing management positions for the In Vitro Diagnostics and the Biotech sectors.

Stéphane graduated as a Physician Engineer in 1997, with a specialization in Biology and Physiology. He has also received a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Grenoble.
