Jennifer has gained over 10 years’ Executive Search experience, initially at Korn Ferry International, New York and later moving to Paris joining Euromedica in 2006, as Managing Director for their Paris Office. Over the years, she has developed extensive experience of international executive search, has placed senior executives across all functional disciplines into large, medium and small pharmaceutical companies, and has additionally a particular understanding of the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Successful assignments have included President, CEO and other senior General Management roles, and VP level functionally related leadership roles. Her international background in industry and subsequent experience in Executive Search gives her particular expertise in placing senior international executives. She has played a vital role in developing and executing assignments for global corporate accounts and European start-up subsidiaries for North American companies.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science with Northeastern University in Boston, and afterwards, completed a Masters specialised in Industrial Marketing at the “University de Pierre et Marie Curie” in Paris. After her studies, she joined Rhône-Poulenc/Aventis for over eight years, based in Paris, in a variety of roles including sales, marketing and business development responsible for the European region. She is bilingual in French and English.
