Hugues has over 10 years’ Executive Search experience within global firms, joining Euromedica in 2004. In this time he has developed extensive expertise of international executive search, has placed senior managers across all R&D, functional and operational roles into pharmaceutical companies as well as medical device, biotech and services. Successful assignments have included general management, research, development, sales & marketing and expert senior positions. Hugues specialises in supporting Euromedica’s global clients as well as regional and local companies, with global and pan-European assignments across all disciplines.

After graduating with a Masters in Business Studies, Hugues began his career in human resources within several industries with the majority in pharma. During this time, he gained significant operational and strategic experience in career management and coaching as well as a strong understanding of organisational development.
