Francesca has 10 years’ experience in Executive Search, initially with Umana Spa and then Ken Clark International, joining Euromedica in 2005. In this time she has developed extensive experience of international Executive Search; she was able to successfully develop the Italian market bringing key talent from around the world into the Italian territory.

Francesca moved back to Italy in June 2010 to open the Euromedica office in Milan to further develop this market and provide even a better service to her clients.

Francesca specialises in supporting Euromedica’s international clients as well as local companies with pan-European assignments across R&D, commercial and HR/finance. These include global pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, and contract research organisations on senior level Executive Search.

Italian born, Francesca graduated from the University of Verona gaining a degree in Business Science & Psychology; she started her career in GSK in the HR department before moving into Executive Search.
