Asli, of Turkish nationality, received a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Bogazici University in Turkey and later, a Master degree in Social Psychology from Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris. Overall, she has over 10 years of executive search experience, first with Korn/Ferry International in Istanbul and later in Paris.

She continued her research experience as part of the European recruitment team with Google. Asli joined Euromedica in January 2010 and since then she has been recruiting senior level executives for commercial, medical affairs and regulatory affairs positions within pharmaceuticals, biotech and medical devices industries. Of Turkish mother tongue, she speaks fluent English, French and German.
