Andy has been with Euromedica for 10 years and is now Group Managing Director. He has extensive global executive search experience covering all industry sectors – pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, service sector and also academia. He has handled senior level search projects at Board and General Management level, as well as significant executive leadership roles across all major functions including discovery research, pre-clinical and clinical development, manufacturing, marketing and associated commercial areas.

With a degree in Pharmacology from Aberdeen University, Andy has over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. He spent around ten years in the pharmaceutical sector before moving into executive search in 1997, when he joined Talentmark. During his industry career, he was initially with Glaxo Group Research for nearly seven years working in the company’s clinical and regulatory division on international drug development programmes in a variety of therapeutic areas. He subsequently moved to Procter and Gamble’s OTC business where he spent three years in line management and international project leader positions.
