The Company maintains an in-house research team, recognising the value of building deep relationships with candidates across our networks, and the ability to digest and utilise all market feedback in order to deliver or identify issues more rapidly for our clients. With the consultant team conducting every interview they are in-depth and take between one and two hours. We seek to know more than simply salary information and a candidates’ ability to relocate, rather we challenge, probe and understand each candidates’ needs as well as suitability in terms of technical, cultural and personality fit. It is on the basis of this robust evaluation that candidates placed by Euromedica truly make an impact on their new organisations. As a client you can expect to receive an in depth analysis of each and every shortlisted candidate, not just an executive summary.

Euromedica’s “Project Team” approach ensures that there is continuous communication to all parties at all stages of a search. Two consultants will work with one or more of the in-house research team and the administrative staff on each assignment in order to deliver a smooth process from start to completion.
