The company has been working with the Italian market for more than five years from its London HQ. The company reported that its services are not only improved by being geographically closer to its Italian clients and candidates but also because face to face meetings are easier to arrange at short notice and this has driven increased speed of delivery.

Building on the international success gained over 24 years globally, the Milan Representative Office has been formed as a result of the company’s increasing client base of Italian Life Science businesses. The Milan office compliments other offices in London, Paris, Princeton, Munich, Copenhagen, Brussels, Zurich, Madrid and Mumbai and will enable the company to operate more effectively as an integrated, global specialist business able to better serve its clients through the delivery of global, regional or domestic Italian searches for senior leadership positions.

Francesca Lazzarin, who heads-up the new Milan office, has been with Euromedica in London since 2005 and moved back to Italy in June 2010 to be close to her clients and candidates. She brings extensive search experience and knowledge of the life science industry to this position, having helped many companies identify and secure senior executives across all functional disciplines in large, medium and small life science companies.
