By sending us your CV or supplying other personal data to Euromedica, by whatever means, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the statements below.

• CVs and other personal data supplied by you will be stored on the Euromedica database and will be accessible to appropriate Euromedica staff and affiliates in all the Company's locations. Euromedica will use such information solely to assess your suitability for positions which the company may seek to fill on behalf of its clients.
• You warrant that the information contained in your CV or other document sent to Euromedica is true and accurate. While we do not undertake to verify such information we may do so at the request of our clients.
• CVs and other personal data are accepted by us on the basis that we may use that information in discussion with our clients where appropriate. Although Euromedica will use reasonable efforts to ensure that no improper use is made of personal information disclosed in this way we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, which may arise through such disclosure to third parties.
• Except as provided above Euromedica will not disclose your personal details to third parties without your specific consent.
• Euromedica will use reasonable care to avoid unauthorised use or disclosure of any personal information supplied to us.

You may request that personal details that you have provided to us be removed from the Euromedica database at any time, by writing to the Head Office of the company.
